The way it works is simple: if you recommend us to a company that we have not worked with in the past 18 months, to work with them either as a Talent Agency or Consultant, you will receive a reward. In these cases, we have also added a two-way reward scheme: we will ALSO reward the new client who trusts in your recommendation, and in us. What rewards are there? We offer you two alternatives for which you can redeem your rewards. All of them scale proportionally. This means that if 5 FredCoins are equivalent to 250€ in training, 15 FredCoins will be equivalent to 750€ in training and so on.
FredCoins are cumulative! You will be able to grow your bag of FredCoins and redeem them whenever you want, whether it's for cash, for a great training or for a great discount on a hiring process.

No! You will receive them for each new client you refer to us.
In the same way, the limit of receiving €500 for each hiring process we start with the client in question (from the 2nd to the 5th process), will apply to EACH company you recommend us to. In other words, the limit of 5 successful hiring processes applies individually to each new client that joins our portfolio ^__^.
In this case, the FredCoins will apply to the first hiring process you close with us.
Yup that's right! According to the law in Spain, people can currently earn up to a maximum of 15,120€ (the equivalent to the SMI) per year without been self-employed (aka "Autonomo"). That's a lot of FredCoins!
For our part, if you choose this alternative, we will have to withhold 15% in order to comply with the tax authorities.
For Member Get Member, ALL of our services come into play (Talent Agency, Consulting...), except for Manfred Daily.
